If within 90 days of purchase you are not fully satisfied with their performance then simply return them, together with proof of purchase to us for a refund. Please note, however, that in the case of Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2flow, 15% of the original purchase price will be deducted to cover handling.

All Ecoflow products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months against faulty parts and workmanship. This guarantee is extended to 10 years in the case of Motoflow, Thermoflow andH2flow.

The magnetic properties of products containing magnets are guaranteed for life. Please note that Nutriflow being consumable does not carry the above guarantees.
